Wang graduated from the Pediatrics Department of Capital Medical University in 1994 and started work at Beijing Children’s Hospital in the same year. She took charge of teaching affairs in 2006 and has worked successively as deputy chief and chief of the Education Division.

She specializes in children’s psychology, children’s psychosomatic disorder, and专teaching management. She also serves as executive member of the Psychosomatic Medicine Committee of the Beijing Branch of Chinese Medical Association, member of Medical Education Committee of the Beijing Branch of Chinese Medical Association, and member of the Pediatrics Department and Clinical Psychology Department of Capital Medical University. She has published more than 20 research papers, and co-complied Pediatrics and five other textbooks and won a number of teaching awards.
