Ge got his Doctor’s degree in ENT from Capital Medical University in July 2004.

He used to work as president at Kunming Tongren Hospital, vice president at Nanjing Tongren Hospital, and assistant to president and chief of the ENT&HN Department at Beijing Children’s Hospital. He also served as deputy director at the Health and Family Planning Commission of Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and president of Yushu People’s Hospital.

He was supported by the New Star Program of Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission in 2006, won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress, co-compiled and translated books such as Nasal Endoscopic Surgery, New Progress in the ENT&HN Department, Nasal Plastic Surgery, Anatomical Basis, CT 3D Reconstruction, and Surgical Techniques for Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, etc. He currently undertakes a number of research projects, specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of nasal and sinus infections in children, endoscopic treatment for nasal diseases, and nasal trauma.

He is a member of the Jiusan Society, member of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Chaoyang九三District Youth Federation, and member of 10th and 11th Beijing Youth Federation.
